At Cytek Biosciences, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
