Clonality: Monoclonal
Clone: TCM5
Format: PE
Reactivity: Tag
Application: Flow Cytometry
Tested Dilution: 5 µL (0.25 µg)/test
Concentration: 5 μL/Test
Storage: 4°C, store in dark, DO NOT FREEZE!
Formulation: PBS with BSA and 0.09% sodium azide; pH 7.2
Purification: Affinity chromatography
Data Sheet: TDS
Specific Information
Description: This TCM5 monoclonal antibody recognizes recombinant proteins containing a V5 epitope tag. The V5 epitope is naturally present on the P and V proteins of the paramyxovirus, SV5. TCM5 specifically recognizes the sequence GKPIPNPLLGLDST.
Applications Reported: This TCM5 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: This TCM5 antibody has been pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of the human 293T cancer cell line transfected with the V5 tagged Type II transmembrane protein CD207 and a GFP reporter gene. This may be used at 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test for surface staining and at 1.25 µL (0.06 µg) per test for intracellular staining. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test.
Excitation: 488-561 nm; Emission: 578 nm; Laser: Blue Laser, Green Laser, Yellow-Green Laser
