PE anti-human Dopamine Receptor D1 (DRD1)

PE anti-human Dopamine Receptor D1 (DRD1)

Dopamine receptors are a family of G protein-coupled receptors, which is composed of at least five (D1-D5) members. The D1 subtype is the most common receptor in the central nervous system. It is primarily expressed in caudate putamen in humans. This receptor stimulates adenylyl cyclase and activates cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinases. It plays a role in neuronal growth and development along with behavioral responses. The D1 receptor also modulates D2-mediated events. There are two variants of this gene due to alternate transcription initiation sites.
