Description: The BVD6-24G2 antibody reacts with mouse interleukin-4 (IL-4), a 14 kDa cytokine secreted by Th2 cells.

Applications Reported: BVD6-24G2 is used for detection of mouse IL-4 by ELISA.

Applications Tested: The BVD6-24G2 antibody has been tested by sandwich ELISA for detection of mouse IL-4 in combination with 11B11 and can be used between 0.5-2 µg/mL.

Purity: Greater than 90%, as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Aggregation: Less than 10%, as determined by HPLC.

Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
