cFluor<sup>®</sup> UV395 Anti-Human CD31 (WM59)
The mouse monoclonal antibody clone WM59 monoclonal binds to human CD31, also known as platelet-endothelial cell adhesion molecule 1 (PECAM-1) and glycoprotein IIa (gpIIa). This 130-140-kDa surface protein is expressed by endothelial cells and on leukocytes and platelets at low levels. It has been reported that CD38 binds to CD31. The homotypic interaction of CD31 is important in cellular adhesion, cell-cell, cell-matrix interaction, and signal transduction.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested using flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 μL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 μL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 μL per 100 μL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application.
